Our Mission

To preserve and protect Florida's critical freshwater ecosystems — Lake Okeechobee, the Kissimmee and Indian Rivers — through community education, environmental awareness, volunteer conservation efforts, scientific research, water quality monitoring, and ecosystem restoration partnerships.

What We Do

Educational Workshops

We provide environmental education workshops for local schools to inspire the next generation of conservation leaders.

Riverbank Cleanups

Our volunteers regularly organize and participate in riverbank and wetland cleanups to remove waste and debris.

Water Monitoring

We conduct citizen science water quality monitoring programs to track the health of our local waterways.

Advocacy

We advocate for sustainable development policies that protect our precious water resources and ecosystems.

This organization is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to environmental protection. All activities serve the public good and are carried out by volunteers, educators, and scientists without profit intention.
